Plan
Review for Medical Facilities and Facilities for the
Dependent |
|
A Plan Review Application and
associated fees must be submitted to the Bureau of
Health Care Quality and Compliance for the review of
building plans for new construction, additions, or
remodels/renovations. The architectural plans will be
reviewed for compliance with
Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Chapter 449
requirements for that facility type (including AIA
references). In addition, if applicable, the plans will
be reviewed for NFPA, International Building Codes,
Electrical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code,
Medicare Life Safety and Physical Environment
Regulations.
