Nursing and Early Intervention Services come together to
form the Public Health & Clinical Services
Program. Their mission is to make Rural or "frontier" Nevada
a safe and healthy place to live, work or visit.
The PHCS Program promotes and maintains wellness to the 14
rural counties in Nevada.
Frontier areas face many challenges in providing access to
health and human services. The PHCS Program is here to help
bridge the gap and over come barriers that frontier areas
face in accessing quality care for rural Nevadans.
